1 Year Limited Warranty

Your Trident Watch Company timepiece has been inspected and is guaranteed to be free of defects. This 1 year limited warranty covers any manufacturing and mechanical defects. This warranty does not cover physical or mechanical damage due to accident or negligence. 

For all warranty claims please contact us at TridentWatchCo@gmail.com. Please include an explanation of the issue as well as your name, contact information and return address.

1. Any physical damage to the case, crystal, straps or buckles will not be covered.

2. Any mechanical damage resulting from failure to follow the provided Instructions (not screwing down the crown or over winding) will not be covered. 

3. Any repairs performed outside of Trident Watch Company will void the warranty.

4. All shipping costs to Trident Watch Company are the responsibility of the party sending the timepiece for service. Do not include any items besides the watch when shipping.

Notes: 

Leather is a natural product and therefore may have imperfections; this is not a manufacturing defect. 

Our bronze timepieces are made of solid marine grade CuSn8 bronze which naturally forms a patina over time. This is a layer of oxidation which forms superficially on the surface of the bronze and results in a shift in color. This shouldn’t be a cause for worry or concern as it doesn't hurt the bronze. To clean off patina please refer to the provided instructions for cleaning.

Disclaimer:

You may experience a green color on your skin when your bronze watch reacts with sweat. This is completely harmless and easily washes off with normal soap and water. 

Note: If you have nickel allergies, depending on the severity you may experience allergies to bronze. Please purchase at your own discretion.
